5. On the final stage we give elaborated feedback to the submitted assignments and make offers to the selected candidates.

All above-described positions are subject to the minimum gross salary prescribed by the Austrian IT collective agreement. In any case, we offer an overpayment in line with the market, depending on qualifications and experience.
